We had been working with a lender that left us high and dry. And worst part is we had 23 days till we had to be out of the house we sold. (New Owner of house I sold rented to us for short time) I was in a panic and someone recommended Dana. He said she would move mountains to help us get in our home. Well long story short, we are in our new home we wanted and Dana succeeded where others failed but it was/is after the deal is done and her part is over but not with Dana. She calls occasionally to see how things are going. She hounded my insurer to make sure he straightened out a few issues. She has never stopped being there becoming that extended family member that you know you can always turn to. Fact is she calls more to check on us than we have to pester her with questions. She was even the 1st person outside my wife and kids to send me a card and wish me Happy Birthday. I guess my point is when everyone else moves on and leaves on your own – Dana Ganci remains your go-to-girl.

I am a retired Navy VET after 21 years so I am not used to hand holding, but the great personal customer service I received from Dana was completely top notch. She took the time to explain the entire process from the beginning to end on the home Purchase. She also took time to be at my closing, customer care like that isn’t heard of any more these days. After working with Dana for the past month, all I can say is outstanding work to her whole team. There were some twists and turns here and there completing my closing, but she was steadfast dealing with the sellers and I closed on time thanks to Dana.
